Self Supporting, centrifugal discharge Vertical Bucket Elevators have following standard features.
HOPPER: It is made up of 2 mm thick Stainless Steel Sheet.
V-BOTTOM BOOT ASSEMBLY: It is self-cleaning type. The thickness of the boot is not less than 3.2 mm G.I. Sheet .The pulley is mounted on a heavy-duty shaft on self aligned ball bearings. Belt tightened is provided with the help of square bar for easy sliding of take up unit.
Two removable slide gates are provided for easy and fast cleaning and rendering service to the bottom pulley. Boot pulley is of wing/screw type to prevent damage to the seed in between belt and pulley.
MIDDLE SECTION LEGS: Each section of leg is made up of G.I. Sheet, not less than 1.6 mm thickness. It is provided with flanges at both ends. Belt inspection door is provided at suitable height the first section of the leg will be 2.5m high.
